December 2011 Graduates of Effective Motivational Leadership

EML Graduate - Nathan Pickerill

Congratulations to the graduates of the Effective Motivational Leadership Process!

These program participants showed outstanding growth as leaders and achieved a higher level of success while engaged in this process.  The participants shared some of their thoughts with us in a letter following the completion of the process:

"I continue to try to drive and model behaviors like trust, respect, integrity, good communication, and challenging my team for excellence, drive and energy.  In looking at my top three goals, there has been some disappointment since I didn't reach as high as I wanted to, however, I have identified some of the reasons why I didn't reach them and have corrected my action, hoping for a better finish in 2012."

- Paul Tauscher, Concord Enterprises

"There were many core competencies I felt comfortable with but as we broke them down, I found I wasn't utilizing them effectively.  We have accomplished five of our main goals that were established at the beginning of the class.  Even something as simple as updating our foundation and coffee area at one of our stores had led to a 5% increase in sales for that location. I have developed a better working relationship with many of the managers which is improving their understanding of the company's goals."

-Stan Mills, Mills Squeegee
