Step One Survey II

Step One Survey II: Decrease hiring risk by measuring an individual's basic work-related values

Step One Survey II is a brief pre-hire assessment which measures an individual’s work-related values to reduce hiring risk. The assessment is quick and cost-effective, taking about 15 to 20 minutes and producing immediate results online.

Although pre-screening employees may seem like a waste of time, employee theft and fraud averages $9 a day per employee, which is about $2,000 per employee subtracted from your annual bottom line. Additionally, 95 percent of employers are victims of theft and an employer’s risk of employee theft increases as executive rank increases. The Step One Survey II will address the questions of trust and dependability before you hire.

The Step One Survey II measures:

  • Personal integrity
  • Propensity for substance abuse
  • Reliability
  • Work ethic

The SOS II provides a quick check report that explains the applicant’s score and responses. It also includes an interviewing report that provides the manager with applicant responses and suggested interview questions.
