Programs usually last about six to 12 months but vary depending on the type of program. Each session typically lasts two hours and meets weekly or bi-weekly. Coaching sessions generally last about one hour, although an initial meeting may take up to two hours.

Our prices are individually determined after meeting with you and/or your employees. We will discuss pricing and payment options and establish a contract with you before moving forward. We will assess the size of your organization, number of employees and your expectations to determine the most appropriate price.

Yes, Leadership Resources is a franchise of Leadership Management International, Inc., in Waco, Texas. LMI was founded in 1966 and now produces materials in 23 languages in more than 60 countries worldwide. LMI provides a wide selection of tools that reflect the best thinking of successful leaders in order to provide results.

We do not currently offer continuing education credits or academic credit hours for our development programs, but we are considering this for the future. Please check back frequently for updates.

Payment plans are available and will be discussed privately and one-on-one before proceeding with the billing process. The 3% Club is held the second Friday of each month from Noon to 1 p.m. in the lower level of the Westgate Bank Building at 60^thand Old Cheney. Our offices are upstairs on the second floor of the same building. We will provide lunch and beverages.

Small group coaching sessions are usually held the last Mondays of the month from 4 to 5 p.m. at Leadership Resources.

During the first class or coaching session, the facilitator will explain expectations and materials needed for future classes, as well as provide materials needed for subsequent meetings. Clients should bring their MyTyme Planners, program materials described by coaches, success stories, completed assignments and requested copies. A positive attitude and open mind are also helpful!
