Process Overview: 

Designed for newer supervisors and mid-level management.  This process offers a comprehensive focus on both basic and advanced skills necessary to effectively lead a team.  Effective Leadership Development provides motivation and skills to help you successfully lead your team and personal career to “Your Next Level of Success.”

• Getting More Done through Time Management
• Exercising Authority
• Handling and Preventing People Problems
• Training and Motivating People to a Higher Level of Productivity
• Developing the Potential of Employees
• Building a Successful Foundation

Process Details:

• Program Kicks off Tuesday, April 10 at 1:00 p.m.
• Meets weekly and monthly for a period of 6 months
• Each session lasts approximately 2 hours
• Investment includes coaching, classroom facilitation, and materials
• Program Sessions to be held at Leadership Resources
