Executive Advisory Board: Accountability and Feedback Make us Sharp

No matter how effective an organization is, it can get better. That's what we teach, and it's also what we practice. We established the Leadership Resources Advisory Board voluntarily to monitor our business and make us accountable to good business practices and ourselves.

The Leadership Resources Executive Advisory Board (EAB) is comprised of Lincoln executives, both clients and non-clients. It acts as the Leadership Resources moral and ethical compass, and its members serve as our financial coaches, providing critical feedback on all aspects of our business, including financial statements, marketing plans, hiring of employees and community reputation.

We have reported our organizational plans and progress to this distinguished group on a quarterly basis since 2004. In the end, it's really our clients who benefit from the board's help in the sharpening up of our business.
